Renouvier, Charles

(1818-1903) a thinker strongly influenced by Leibniz and Kant. His philosophy has been called ‘phenomenological neo-criticism’, and its peculiar feature is that it denies the existence of all transcendental entities, such as thing-in-itself, the absolute, and the noumenon. — R.B.W.
