Shubael
Shubael
(Heb. Shubael’, , i.q. Shebuel; Sept. v.r. , etc.), the name of two Levites, both elsewhere called SHEBUEL SEE SHEBUEL (q.v.), namely, (a) a son of Gershom (1Ch 24:20; comp. 23:16; 26:24); and (b) a son of Heman (1Ch 25:20; comp. 1Ch 25:4).
