Heb. Teymani’, ; Sept. or ) is the title (1Ch 1:45; Job 2:11 sq.) of a descendant of Teman or an inhabitant of that land. SEE TEMAN. Tem’eni [some Te’meni or Teme’ni] (Heb. Teymeni’, , Temaznite (Geseni or fortunate [Frst]; Sept, , Vulg. Themani), second-named of the four sons of Ashur (q.v.), the father of Tekoa by his wife Naarah (1Ch 4:6). B.C. cir. 1618.
