(Heb. text Toka’hath, , marg. Tokhath’, , assemblage [Gesen.], or firmness [Frst]; Sept. v.r. and ; Vulg. Thecuath), the father of Shallum (2Ch 34:22); elsewhere (2Ki 22:14) called TIKVAH SEE TIKVAH (q.v.).
