Wag
“to move,” is used of those who mocked the Lord at His crucifixion, nodding their heads in the direction of the Cross as if sneering at this supposed ending of His career, Mat 27:39; Mar 15:29. Cp. 2Ki 19:21; Job 16:4; Psa 22:7; Psa 109:25; Isa 37:22. See MOVE, No. 1.
