WITHIN and WITHOUT
Within And Without in the style of the Scripture, are the Jews and Gentiles;-the one within, and the other out of the Mosaical law and covenant. Thus in Deu 25:5, ” The wife of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger.” And thus, in relation to Christians, and those who were not, says St. Paul, 1Co 5:12, ” Do not ye judge them that are within? But they that are without God judgeth, or will judge.”
