e-v’l-dooerz , merem; from , raa; , kakopoios, always plural): Malefactors or offenders of God’s law. Used generally of the ungodly, as, Fret not thyself because of evil-doers. (Psa 37:1). Sometimes also of personal offenders: He hath delivered the soul of the needy from the hand of evil-doers. (Jer 20:13).
