248. Conversion of Paul

As Given in Act_26:13-15, Act_26:19

Paul was arrested by Christ, convicted of his sin—Act_26:13-14, and then acknowledged Christ as “Lord” (Act_26:15), and then bears his testimony to his obedience to the “Heavenly Vision” (Act_26:19). That “vision”—

1. Gave him a sight of himself—1Ti_1:13.

2. Caused him to appreciate Calvary—Gal_2:20.

3. Made him to see the Risen Christ—1Co_15:8.

4. Brought him forgiveness of sins—Act_13:38.

5. Fired him with a holy passion—2Co_5:14.

6. Moved him to sacrifice himself—Php_2:17, R.V.

7. Opened his eyes to a different outlook—Tit_2:12.
