252. “Covered”

1. Worship, or a covered face. “He covered his face” (Isa_6:2).

2. Work, or the covered Heavens. “His glory covered the Heavens” (Hab_3:3).

3. Grace, or the covered sinner. “I covered thy nakedness… I covered thee with silk” (Eze_16:8, Eze_16:10).

4. Blessedness, or sin covered. “Blessed is the man whose sin is covered” (Psa_32:1; Psa_85:2; Rom_4:7).

5. Goodness, or God’s provision. “The pastures are clothed with flocks, the valleys are covered with corn” (Psa_65:13).

6. Beautified, or grace’s adornment. “Though ye have lien among the pots, yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold” (Psa_68:13).

7. Protection, or covered servant. “I have covered thee in the shadow of Mine hand” (Isa_51:16).
