499. Leading

1. Who leads? “The Lord” (Gen_24:27; Psa_77:20; Deu_32:12).

2. Whom the Lord leads—His redeemed—Exo_13:17; Exo_15:13.

3. Where the Lord leads. “In a plain path” (Psa_27:11). “In the way everlasting” (Psa_139:24); “In the paths of righteousness” (Psa_23:3); “To the rock that is higher than I” (Psa_61:2); “To the desired haven” (Psa_107:30); “Into the land of uprightness” (Psa_143:10).

4. How the Lord leads. “In mercy” (Exo_15:13); “In righteousness” (Psa_5:8); “By His counsel” (Psa_73:24).
