HEART-TROUBLE AND ITS CURE

Joh_14:1

I. The Disease. Heart-trouble. "Let not your heart be troubled." This disease is common. Its causes varied. Its cure humanly impossible.

II. The Remedy. "Ye believe in God, believe also in Me." In Me-

1. As the SON of the Father (Joh_14:2).

2. As the PROVIDER for His own (Joh_14:2).

3. As the WAY to the Father (Joh_14:6).

4. As the IMAGE of the Father (Joh_14:9).

5. As the REPRESENTATIVE of the Father (Joh_14:10-11).

6. As the ANSWERER of prayer (Joh_14:13-14).

7. As the GIVER of the Holy Spirit (Joh_14:16).

8. As the COMING One (Joh_14:3).
