618. Paul’s Personal Experience

Every reader of Paul’s epistles will be impressed with his personal sense of responsibility. We have only to recall seven of the most familiar sayings to illustrate.

1. The “I know” of personal faith in Christ (2Ti_1:12).

2. The “I am” of personal crucifixion (Gal_2:20).

3. The “I serve” of personal service (Act_27:23).

4. The “I can” of personal empowerment (Php_4:13).

5. The “I do” of personal consecration (Php_3:13).

6. The “I keep” of personal mastery (1Co_9:27).

7. The “I have” of personal testimony (2Ti_4:7) demonstrate Paul’s sense of personal responsibility.
