690. Reminders to Workers

“As” or “According As”

1. The Worker’s Court of Appeal. “As it is written,” or “according as” (Rom_1:17; Rom_2:24; Rom_3:4, Rom_3:10; Rom_4:17; Rom_8:36; Rom_9:13, Rom_9:29, Rom_9:33; Rom_10:15; Rom_11:8, Rom_11:26; Rom_15:3, Rom_15:9, Rom_15:21).

2. The Worker’s Administrator. “The Spirit dividing to every man severally as He will” (1Co_12:11, 1Co_12:18).

3. The Worker’s Encouragement. “As we have received mercy, we faint not” (2Co_4:1).

4. The Worker’s Walk. “Walk even as He walked” (1Jn_2:6).

5. The Worker’s Instructor. “Taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus” (Eph_4:21).

6. The Worker’s Becomingness. “As becometh saints” (Eph_5:3).
