2. The Authority of the Preacher. "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me. He hath anointed me to preach."

3. The Graciousness of the Offer. "To the poor."

4. The Time of Opportunity. "The acceptable year." A limited time. "Behold, now is the accepted time."
