913. Unbelief

John’s Gospel

1. Unbelief dulls the faculty of faith—Joh_3:12.

2. Unbelief shuts up in condemnation—Joh_3:18.

3. Unbelief keeps out the blessing of eternal life—Joh_3:16.

4. Unbelief sees not the purpose of Christ’s mission—Joh_6:36.

5. Unbelief thinks more of material things than eternal ones—Joh_6:64.
