915. “Unto the Lord”

1. Conversion is “Turning to God” 1Th_1:9

2. Christ’s substitution was to “Bring us to God” (1Pe_3:18).

3. Consecration is to “Live unto the Lord” (Rom_6:10-11, Rom_6:13, Rom_6:16, Rom_6:19, Rom_6:21; Rom_12:1).

4. Communion with God is to let all service be done “unto Christ” (Eph_6:5).

5. Worship is “making melody in the heart to the Lord” (Eph_5:19).

6. The rule to regulate our conduct to each other is do everything “unto the Lord” (Rom_14:6-8).

7. What is the end God has in view in all things? “To reconcile all things unto Himself” (Col_1:20).
