The Greek word for zeal, and kindred ones, are found in the following Scriptures.

1. A Zealous Saviour. “The zeal of thine house hath eaten Me up” (Joh_2:17).

2. A Zealous Spirit. “Fervent in spirit” (Rom_12:11).

3. A Zealous Sinner. “Concerning zeal, persecuting the Church” (Php_3:6).

4. A Zealous Service. “Zealous of good works” (Tit_2:14).

5. A Zealous Saint. “Being fervent in the spirit” (Act_18:25).

6. A Zealous Servant. “He hath a great zeal for you” (Col_4:12-13).

7. A Zealous Shepherd. “I am jealous over you with godly jealousy” (2Co_11:2).
