JIB CHRISTIANS.

It is not wise or safe to be turning about with every wind, like the weathercock. The jib-sail in front of the foremast shifts itself to catch the wind, the ship is thereby helped on its course. Old forms, like the windmill, may be beautiful, but they are useless when the power is gone. It will be often necessary for us, like the jib-sail, to turn ourselves if we would catch the breath of Heaven and be filled with the Holy Spirit.
