Job Kept His Integrity

"In all this did not Job sin with his lips" (Job_2:10).

Job's wife, as we have said, bade him curse God. Job, instead, bent his head before the sweep of God's wrath and uttered not a word.

The Lord Jesus Christ passed as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep, dumb before its shearers, He opened not His mouth.

His anguish overwhelmed Him; He was deluged with pain; His heart was nigh unto breaking; but He said not a word.

"Having loved His own, He loved them unto the end."
