39 WAIT—EXPERIENCE GOD’S GOODNESS IN PRAYER.

The LORD is good to those who wait for Him, To the soul who seeks Him.

     —Lamentations 3:25

Stop rushing.

     Get over your stress.

          Refrain from trying to push God.

Prayer waits.

     Prayer welcomes the pressure.

          Prayer invites God’s push.

Start resting.

     Be patient.

          Seek of Him instead of from Him.

Waiting births expectancy.

     Expectancy rejoices in hope.

          Hope conquers doubt.

So wait. What’s your hurry? You cannot catch the God whose has already captured your heart. Love Him patiently as you see His goodness fill your waiting.
