56 PRAY FOR DELIVERANCE.

For I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through Your prayer and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ.

     —Philippians 1:19

The gospel declares that Jesus saves, heals and delivers us. Jesus saves us from sin and for eternal life with Him. Jesus heals us physically and emotionally. Jesus delivers us from the bondages of past sin, curses, strongholds, diseases and failures.

When others are bound by addictions, abuse, abandonment and afflictions, apply the prescription that God provides—prayer. Go to the Great Physician and ask Him to deliver them.

No ritual or formula is needed. Jesus provided us with the example. He simply spoke the word of deliverance and people were set free. Pray like this: “Come out of them, in Jesus’ name.”

People are delivered by prayer and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ. Through prayer become the instrument of the Spirit’s delivering power in the lives of others.

Pray through me to deliver others, breaking every yoke of bondage and declaring the liberty of Christ Jesus. Amen.
