Surely He has borne ________’s griefs

And carried ________’s sorrows;

Yet ________ esteemed Him stricken,

Smitten by God, and afflicted.

But He was wounded for ________’s transgressions,

He was bruised for ________’s iniquities;

The chastisement for ________’s peace was upon Him,

And by His stripes ________ is healed.
