ONE DAY a man called the church. He got the secretary and said, “I would like to speak to the head hog at the trough.”

The secretary said, “What did you say?”

The man gladly repeated himself, “I would like to speak with the head hog at the trough!”

“If you mean the pastor, it would be more appropriate if you would say, ‘I want to speak to the pastor.’ ”
