PERSPECTIVE, POSITION OF

PERSPECTIVE,
POSITION OF

THE TECHNOLOGY of teleconferencing is commonly used now because of the money it saves in travel and time. With teleconferencing, if your company is having a meeting in Chicago and you are located in Dallas, they can pull up a video screen to include you in the meeting. Even though you are not physically at the meeting in Chicago, you are virtually in it because the teleconferencing transports you there without moving you from where you’re seated. Teleconferencing can reposition you.

The same technology allows students to attend a class without ever having to leave the comfort of their living room. A teacher can reach more students than could ever fit in a classroom by broadcasting the lesson and allowing the students to ask questions via their computers. Even churches today transport their services or Bible studies, so that many people can tune in and interact.

The Bible says that God has teleconferenced you to heaven. You are really right now just like at the board meeting, sitting next to Jesus Christ. Now, what difference does that make? Well, if you’ve ever been on a plane, you know the difference that looking at things from on high makes. When you’re down here on earth, you see the problem, the chaos, and the confusion. When you get up there high in a plane, what seems to be confusion down here becomes ordered up there. You don’t even see the problems. The problems disappear. The problems no longer have control of you because your location has changed. When you change your position, you can always change your perspective.

God wants us to know that if we are going to find liberty, freedom, and victory, we must begin living our lives from the perspective of our new position alongside of Jesus Christ. Once you take this airplane ride and get to see life as Christ sees it from where He is, it will change your perception of what is really going on in your life. It is a positional issue.689
