IS IT NOTHING TO YOU?

Lam_1:11, Lam_1:12.

Think of these words as coming from the lips of the rejected Son of God.

1. An Awful Confession. "I am become vile." Think of who He is, and why He became vile.

2. An Urgent Appeal to God. "See, O Lord, and consider." Consider who I am: "Thy Son." Consider for whom I am vile (Gal_3:13).

3. A Pathetic Appeal to Men. "Ye that pass by: behold and see if there be any sorrow like unto My sorrow." Any sorrow so deep, so undeserved, so effective.

4. A Mournful Entreaty. "Is it nothing to you? "
