1. A Sense of need. "He hath torn."

2. A Desire to be saved. "Come, let us."

3. A Prospect of new life. "After… we shall live."

4. A Knowledge of the way (Hos_6:3).

5. A Belief in His mercy (Hos_6:3, l.c.).

Yet all was as a morning cloud.
