Everybody knows that certain fabrics, when exposed to the open air, will be bleached, or made whiter. But to get this cleansing there must be complete exposure to the purifying elements. So with the Christian life. There must be the entire surrendering up of all, and the continual and unreserved exposure of the whole sinner’s heart and life to the purifying influence of the Holy Ghost.
