The Rainbow Suggests That in Wrath God Remembers Mercy

"And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of Hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles" (Zec_14:16).

From the day that Adam sinned, there has been a red line, running through the Book of books. That same line will be seen during the tribulation. There are some who have thought that no one will be saved during the period of coming judgments, but this is utterly untrue. God’s two witnesses are to come during that time, and Malachi tells us the fruitage of their testimony. The Gospel of the Kingdom is to be preached during the tribulation period.

A great multitude, that no man can number, will be saved out of the Great Tribulation.

When Christ comes to the Mount of Olives, there is to be a resurrection of those who were saved during the great tribulation of those who refused the mark of the beast, and who loved not their lives unto death.

We grant the fact that as the tribulation grows darker, man’s madness grows madder; the wicked will gnaw their tongues with pain while they blaspheme God of Heaven. While this is true, it is also true that out of every kindred and tongue and tribe and nation there will be those who will turn to the Lord. Thank God for the rainbow about the throne.

When all the world is full of peace,

And pleasures hold their sway,

Then men forget their God to seek

And never stop to pray;

But when great tribulation comes,

And sweeps o’er every breast,

Then many hearts will turn to God,

And cry for peace and rest.
