Three Distinct Persons Are Seen in the Vision of the Godhead

"That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation" (Eph_1:17).

We have before us the Lordship of Christ the Son, the glory of God the Father, and the wisdom of the Holy Ghost.

We have before us also a distinction between God the Father, and God the Son, because God is spoken of as "the God of our Lord Jesus Christ."

We also have a distinction between the Father and the Spirit, because the Father is said to give "the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him."

Beyond a doubt the three spoken of present three persons; but they are one God.

Jesus Christ is God because He is Lord:

The Father is God because He is the Father of glory; The Spirit is God because He is the Spirit of wisdom and revelation.

Three persons, each one is God. Yet, three persons not three Gods, but ONE TRIUNE GOD, because Father, Son and Spirit are "perfect in one."
