Uniting Foundation for security—1Pe_2:5. Named Foundation for selection: “elect”—1Pe_2:6. Durable Foundation for sureness—Isa_28:16. Appointed Foundation for supremacy: “chief”—1Pe_2:6. Tried Foundation for testing—1Pe_2:8. Invaluable Foundation for preciousness: “precious”—1Pe_2:6.
