386. “God of Peace”

“The God of Peace” is always associated with holiness.

1. Holiness of His Presence. “The God of Peace be with you” (Rom_15:33).

2. Holiness of His Victory. “The God of Peace shall bruise,” etc. (Rom_16:20).

3. Holiness of His Work. “Be perfect… and the God of Peace be with you” (2Co_13:11).

4. Holiness of His Will. “These things do, and the God of Peace be with you” (Php_4:9).

5. Holiness of His Power. “God of Peace brought from the dead” (Heb_13:20).

6. Holiness of His Calm. “The Lord of Peace be with you” (2Th_3:16).

7. Holiness of His Call. “God of Peace sanctify you wholly” (1Th_5:23).
