683. “Rejoice” —the Reasons

1. Because your “names are written in Heaven” (Luk_10:20).

2. Because you see the Lord”—Joh_20:20.

3. Because you can rejoice in sorrow—2Co_6:10.

4. Because the Gospel is preached—Php_1:18.

5. Because others are walking in the truth—2Jn_1:4.

6. Because we are “counted worthy” to suffer shame for the sake of Christ (Act_5:41).

7. Because we are told to “rejoice evermore” (1Th_5:16).
