724. “Save Me”

1. A Persecuted Saint. “Save me from all them that persecute me” (Psa_7:1).

2. A Harassed Sufferer. “Save me from the lion’s mouth” (Psa_22:21).

3. An Oppressed Suppliant. “Save me, O God, by Thy Name,” etc. (Psa_54:1).

4. A Confident Believer. “As for me, I will call upon God; and the Lord shall save me” (Psa_55:16).

5. A Happy Worshipper. “The Lord was ready to save me; therefore we will sing,” etc. (Isa_38:20).

6. A Sinking Disciple. “Lord, save me” (Mat_14:30).

7. An Agonising Saviour. “Father, save Me from this hour” (Joh_12:27).
