Presently, we have everything we need to meet our needs: (1) an inexpensive meeting room of 3800 square feet with a piano, (2) high-speed internet, (3) breakout rooms for special needs, including a swimming pool for baptisms, (3) room rates under $120 dollars per night, (4) near a major airport, (5) a convenient location, centrally located, (6) a restaurant on premises, providing free, high-quality breakfast, (7) an abundance of suites, (9) free parking, (10) a variety of restaurants nearby (11) free shuttle service, and (12) pet friendly facilities. Embassy Suites has graciously and cordially accommodated every one of our needs and most of our wants as well. We have had the dates for our meetings guaranteed. After following up on all suggestions given by the congregation to date, none have been able to duplicate this favorable package.
