A Minute – Bible study

A minute is the time it takes to smile, or to give a warm hello to those with whom we come in contact with each day.

A minute is the amount of time it takes to compliment someone, by saying Well done.

A minute is the time it takes to sympathize (or empathize) with someone who has lost a loved one.

A minute is the time it takes to give someone an encouraging word of cheer.

A minute is the time it takes to call someone who is homebound because of an infirmity or illness.

How much is a minute worth?

Its priceless or worthless depending on how we use that minute.

Each day there are 1,440 minutes that God has allotted to each one of us.

How are we using these minutes for fulfilling our own selfish desires, or for Gods glory (Isaiah 43:7; cf. Matthew 5:14-16).
