The Only Bible – Bible study

The Greek philosopher, Plato once stated:

When men speak ill of thee, live so as nobody may believe them (source).

Similarly, the inspired writer Peter tells us:

Keep your conduct among the Gentiles honorable, so that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day of visitation (1 Peter 2:12 ESV; cf. Matthew 5:16).

Let us live honorable and godly lives before others, for we may be the only Bible that folks ever see.
