God Knows My Heart – Bible study

God knows my heart. I cannot speak
But that my words are registered above;
I cannot pray but that my God
Already knows the things and ones I love.

God knows my heart. I cannot think
But that beforehand all my thoughts are known;
And Hes aware of my desires;
No thoughts of mine belong to me alone.

God knows my heart. I cannot weep
But that God knows the sorrow I endure;
He knows my trials and my battles;
He knows the reasons I implore.

God knows my heart. I cannot sing
But that God knows the reason for my song;
He knows my every ecstasy;
How great that I to Him belong!

God knows my heart, and thus He knows
That often I do pray for you;
And as I pray I am assured;
Whateer your need, that God can do!

God knows my heart, that I desire
In my need youd pray for me;
And I know He hears and answers,
So I look for victory.
