How I Wish the World Would Celebrate Christmas – Bible study
In the December issue of the Magnolia Messenger on page 10, Brother Dennis Doughty, preacher for the Tunica, Mississippi congregation, has written an article entitled, How I Wish the World Would Celebrate Christmas.”
In his article, Brother Doughty makes this wish:
I wish I could take the Christmas season and somehow change the emphasis from the manger to the cross; from the three wise men bringing gifts to the three days in the tomb; from the annual Christmas service to the weekly remembrance of His death.
Yes, Brother Doughty, this is my wish as well.
