Bullies abound. According to the U.S. Department of Education, here are the stats on the number of students ages twelve to eighteen who were bullied at school during 2006:

•     inside school: 79 percent

•     outside on school grounds: 28 percent

•     on the school bus: 8 percent

•     somewhere else: 5 percent
