WHEN a mother gives birth, her body is so constructed to make milk. The milk flows in concert with the woman’s pregnancy and the birthing process. The body knows it’s time for milk because a baby is here and it needs to eat. The mother doesn’t have to grunt and groan to produce the milk. It’s already built into the structure of her body. When life comes forth, milk flows.
