Moreover [there are] workmen with thee in abundance, hewers and workers of stone and timber, and all manner of cunning men for every manner of work.

Moreover, there are workmen with thee in abundance,…. All the strangers in the land being gathered by the order of David, 1Ch 22:2 who were skilled in all manner of work, as follows:

cunning = skilful. Compare Exo 26:1. One of the words which have been degraded in meaning, through the fall of man. Cunning = knowing; but those who know, generally know too much.
