(18) Delaiah.1Ch. 3:24, a common post-exilic name (Jah draws out, i.e., frees): but comp. Jer. 36:12, and Note on 1Ch. 3:1.

Maaziah.Here only. Perhaps Maadiah (Neh. 12:5) should be read. So Syriac, Maady; Arabic, Midiyy. But LXX. (Vat.), Maasai (? Maaseiah); Vuig., Maaziau.
