And for the other side of the court gate, on this hand and that hand, [were] hangings of fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three.
15. on this hand of the court ] Not in Exo 27:15; and, as Di. points out, a misplaced gloss (there is no ‘so’ in the Heb. at the beginning of the verse): read therefore (for and so, &c.), and for the other side were hangings of fifteen cubits.
