description: (hide) Richard Ritenbaugh, reflecting on a recent ‘debate’ held on CNN with lesbian Suzie Orman, defending the same-sex ‘marriage’ concept and Ryan Anderson, from his perch in the audience defending traditional marriage, and Piers Morgan, supposedly ‘moderating. ‘ Both Orman and the ‘moderator’ Morgan attacked Anderson, calling this scholar uninformed for maintaining that marriage has been designated as a union between a man and a woman for the purpose of producing and rearing children. Anderson suggested that the government’s granting of certain financial privileges to homosexuals is one thing, but to call it marriage would be unthinkable. For that, the supposedly ‘unbiased’ CNN moderator called him "un-American." Neither Orman or Morgan seemed to have the intelligence to comprehend Anderson’s argument. Sadly, western society has come to the tipping point to where the liberal Kool Aid has dulled their sense of hearing or comprehending traditional, let alone biblical truths, which are stable, tried and true. Because people have rejected God, their minds have become debased and cannot comprehend logical common sense. In the midst of a society in decline, we must witness God’s way, which will automatically reap physical and spiritual benefits.
